Our Programs

Age-Based Learning

Each RUFF Hideaway program is designed around three age groups to provide developmentally appropriate instruction, challenges, and hands-on experiences.

Ages 8–11: Building foundational knowledge, confidence, and basic skills through guided learning and hands-on activities.

Ages 12–15: Developing stronger skills, greater independence, problem-solving, teamwork, and personal responsibility.

Ages 16–18: Advancing skills through increased independence, leadership, mentorship, and real-world application.

While participants may take part in many of the same program areas, instruction and expectations increase with each age group.
