From Vision to Reality

The RUFF Hideaway is being developed in phases, allowing us to begin serving youth while responsibly building toward the complete Integrated Youth Development Campus.

PHASE 1 — BUILD THE FOUNDATION
Secure the property, establish infrastructure, develop initial outdoor spaces, trails, fishing, gardens, and begin youth programming.

PHASE 2 — EXPAND YOUTH PROGRAMMING
Add outdoor fitness, challenge and recreation areas, education and mentorship opportunities, gathering spaces, and expanded youth and family programming.

PHASE 3 — BUILD THE YEAR-ROUND YOUTH CENTER
Develop the indoor Youth Development & Community Wellness Center, creating a permanent year-round home for fitness, mentorship, education, leadership development, and youth programming.

 

PHASE 4 — COMPLETE THE CAMPUS EXPERIENCE
Expand recreational, educational, outdoor, family, and community facilities to create the fully integrated campus represented in our long-term vision.
